I started in the energy sector, automating customer support for an electricity retailer. That's where I discovered the real problem: small businesses lose customers every day simply because they can't respond in time. It's not that they don't care — they just can't keep up. talqi was born to solve exactly that. We set up AI agents that answer, book appointments, handle questions, and escalate to a human when needed. We don't sell technology for the sake of it — we sell recovered hours and customers who don't slip away.
