Who I am.
My name is Pablo Fernández Torres. I live in Sant Vicenç de Montalt, a town on the Maresme coast, and from here I build AI agents for small businesses.
Before that I spent a year in Dublin learning English, at St Tiernan's Community School, then I did my secondary studies in my hometown, a higher diploma in Multiplatform Application Development at Escola Pia Santa Anna, and a computer engineering degree at Tecnocampus in Mataró.
When I finished, instead of looking for a job at a company, I started Facturator Energía with my father, an online energy-management service that keeps a customer's energy accounting (bills, consumption, tariffs) simple, so anyone can stay on top of it without the hassle. I handled the code, but I was also the one answering customers on WhatsApp, and out of that experience, replying day after day, came the idea for talqi.
How I work
I build the agents in code, from scratch, not with automation platforms or drag-and-drop blocks, because you can do more with code than with automations.
I do the setup myself, one by one, and clients don't edit their own prompt or pick from seventy templates. Most people wouldn't know how to make it work the way it should, and it isn't their job anyway.
When something goes wrong, I'm the one who answers.
