Yes. Blanca integrates with Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Notion, and the main salon management systems in Spain, including Koibox and Wilapp. On Pro, smart capture syncs name, phone, service history, preferred stylist, color used, and allergies.

Each chair renter is treated as an independent business within your salon. Each with their own calendar, their own prices, and their own Blanca (each is an independent Micro). If your salon has 4 rental chairs, that's 4 Micro at €90/mo — not one Pro.

When she's not sure about the service or price, she doesn't guess: she flags it to you. You get an organized message with the client's question and one-tap responses (Confirm / Different price / Request photo / Refer to in-person). Max response time 1 hour during business hours. Blanca remembers who asked for whom last time and assigns there by default. If Carla is full, she offers Carla's next availability before suggesting someone else. She only suggests alternatives honestly. The client decides. Pro only.

Yes. We configure rules per service: simple cut no deposit, highlights with €20 deposit, full color with €30 deposit. Blanca explains the policy, sends a payment link and only confirms the appointment once the deposit is done. If the client doesn't pay within 2 hours, the slot is released. This is configured during Pro setup.
